Tempus LS Pacing Pads are defibrillator electrodes that are designed for use with the Tempus LS and the Tempus LS - Manual defibrillators.

Each package contains one pair of pads. The Tempus LS pads are available in two sizes: the adult/child pads are designed for adult and adolescent victims over 55 lbs (or 25 kg). The pediatric pads are designed for children under eight years of age, or under 55 lbs or 25 kg.

Both types of Tempus LS pads are also color coded with bright, easy to distinguish colors to denote their proper usage. The adult Tempus LS defibrillator electrode pads have a blue connector, while the pediatric Tempus LS pads have a yellow connector. Equipped with a six foot cable allowing plenty of free movement, the Tempus LS Pacing Pads also provide ECG monitoring and other information to the Tempus Pro Monitor.

Using the Tempus LS Defibrillator

The Tempus LS is easy to use and connects wirelessly to the Tempus Pro Monitor when in use. All resuscitation data is collected and the machine then automatically transfers the data to the SRoC. Easily transferable, the Tempus LS has docking and charging stations available for all types of vehicles.

The Philips Healthcare Tempus LS-Manual Defibrillator can be used in both adult and pediatric modes, with disposable pads for both types of patients. ECG monitoring uses pads or 3-lead via Tempus Pro-compatible ECG cable. With an accuracy rate of ±10%, you can expect a heart rate range of 15-300 beats per minute (bpm) ±5. For the pacer, both fixed and demand modes are provided, including 4-18 ppm ±1.5% range. After shock is provided, the system will automatically revert to asynchronous delivery.
