Data transmission is always performed through encrypted channels to reduce the risk of sensitive patient information being compromised. The service is continually monitored for security threats, and regularly serviced and upgraded to eliminate interference from unauthorized users. The Intellispace Corsium is able to receive data using a number of methods, including Wi-Fi, ethernet, and consumer cellular networks.
Data received from the Tempus Pro Monitor, such as blood pressure and other patient vital signs, can be viewed securely via web browser by emergency care personnel on-site, as well as the medical team at the hospital or medical facility that will be receiving the patient after transport. Live and historical patient data is also available for remote monitoring on devices including smartphones, tablets, and PCs without having to install additional software.
A number of dashboards within the Intellispace Corsuim allow for quick review of certain aspects of patient data: Live Device Dashboard, ECG Dashboard, Resuscitation Dashboard, and more. These dashboards are customizable by the organization according to their needs and local health protocols.
The Tempus ALS System
The Tempus ALS System is the combination of the Philips Tempus Pro Monitor and the Tempus LS Defibrillator. The system collects Summary Record of Care (SRoC) data to facilitate decision support across multiple aspects of a healthcare system. That data set is fully configurable by the end user or organization.
