Under the leadership of Chief Brent Gates, the New Concord Fire Department has 36 members total. They are a volunteer department operating with 14 EMTs/Fire Fighters, 8 Fire Fighters/Medics and 6 ambulance EMTS. Â Founded in 1845, they have a longstanding commitment of service to their community; they answer emergency calls, provide training, maintain trucks and equipment and provide community support through additional volunteer work.
In 2010, they made 869 EMS runs and 207 fire runs. They also completed 2,160 training hours. As their biggest area of response relates to EMS calls, it is important for the department to have a reliable emergency vehicle to help them serve their area of coverage. The New Concord Fire Department chose the Braun Super Chief 2011 F-550 170″ Modular ambulance as the newest addition to their fleet for the quality that comes standard with every Braun ambulance. They required an ambulance that would be built to last and a manufacturer that would provide exceptional service when the emergency vehicle required maintenance. They found both in their new Braun Super Chief; the premier ambulance in the industry.
We hope you enjoy Braun Super Chief 2011 F-550 170″ Modular ambulance New Concord Fire Department! Â We sincerely thank you for your business and look forward to serving you for years to come.
