With so many different divisions, we want to make it easy on our customers to find the products and solutions they are searching for. Over the years, we have been able to separate our business into four distinct areas to make this easier: EMS supplies, emergency vehicles (ambulances), disaster response and software. Recently, we have worked to restructure the disaster response section of our website so it is more user-friendly.
The new Disaster Response Division has equipment and packages broken up into three groups: incident response, hospital surge and disaster mortuary surge. Incident response contains products that will help you improve response time and minimize fatalities in a mass casualty incident. Hospital surge includes solutions that will aid you in serving more patients and saving more lives when you need to increase your facility’s capacity. Our disaster mortuary surge lineup will assist you in properly identifying more victims while respectfully storing remains.
A new layout and structure isn’t the only thing new to our disaster response division. We’re also expanding our product line and developing new, complete solutions to help with your disaster preparedness plan.
Three new mass casualty incident trailers stocked full of supplies will be coming soon to incident response, along with individual shelters, shelter packages and shelter accessories. We are also still carrying the Reeves ICP Trailer, Mass Oxygen Distribution System (MODS) and the emergency management software, HC Standard.
Hospital surge is getting quite the new lineup with complete hospital systems coming in 5, 10, 25 and 50 patient setups. We are also introducing alternative care surge trailers, patient isolation systems and portable hospital medical systems. Already announced was our partnership with US POD Box Inc. to sell  PODBOXES, a portable emergency medical care station solution.
Disaster mortuary surge still has the products and solutions you’ve come to know over time. This includes our disaster push packs, MERC fatality storage and disaster portable morgue units (DPMU). We are expanding our mortuary accessories to include body bags and cadaver trays.
