Latex-Free Gloves

Our Bleeding Control Kit comes with two pairs of large latex-free gloves. Latex-free has become the standard because you never know when you’ll encounter someone with a latex allergy, and it’s not worth risking their health, especially when latex-free options have advanced so much in the last few years.

A simple pair of gloves is all it takes to protect you from harmful infections.

Permanent Marker

Some of you may automatically recognize the significance of a permanent marker, while others may not understand why this is here. Markers are used all the time to mark who is using a certain item or bandage, how long a tourniquet has been applied and filling out essential forms. You never know when a marker will come in handy, and they can be incredibly useful in the right hands.

Bandage, Gauze and Shears

Standard medical supplies that are infinitely useful. You get one pair of trauma shears to cut bandages and gauze as needed, one high-strength pressure bandage and two rolls of compressed gauze. You’ll have no problem dressing and caring for minor wounds where compression is required. In just a few minutes, you’ll be able to stop the bleeding and ready the patient for transport to a hospital.

C-A-T Tourniquet

Standing for Combat Application Tourniquet, this was made with combat in mind, but it’s just as useful for technicians and first responders as it is for soldiers on the battlefield. This is a very simple but highly effective tourniquet that’s been tested and adopted by the US Army. It’s so simple that you can apply it yourself even in harsh combat environments.

Unwrap the tourniquet, place it on the extremity, turn the windlass and cover with the strap. It takes less than a minute and anyone can learn how to use this with minor training. While it’s made for personal use, first responders and rescue teams use these all the time on patients and those requiring aid.

HyFin Vent Chest Seal
