two major improvements. First, the bag size was reduced to a modern size which reflects the American Heart Association’s
most recent guidelines. Older-style BVM’s were simply designed too big, increasing the likelihood of ventilation injuries.
Secondly, we have integrated precise tidal volume finger markings onto the bag, empowering healthcare professionals with
enhanced precision and control to administer optimal ventilation. These improvements, along with Mercury Medical’s large
selection of additional accessories make the CPR-2+® the perfect device.
1,000 mL smaller adult BVM size along with tidal volume (Vt) markings on the bag assist clinicians in providing proper ventilation during resuscitation for all adult patients. Additional options include the LiteSaver® manometer with a timing light and PEEP valve with or without an integrated filter.
