MERET FIRST-IN PRO X Sidepack
The FIRST-IN PRO X Sidepack is a hands-free waist pack or cross-body bag built to carry the necessities when arriving at the scene of an emergency. Constructed from non-absorbing infection control materials, the FIRST-IN PRO X delivers a versatile, lightweight solution that carries and organizes all of the basic first aid supplies and protective equipment required to address immediate patient needs with Basic Life Support (BLS) until additional assistance arrives.
The two top panels of the FIRST-IN PRO quickly open to the main compartment that can be customized to hold various EMS supplies. The flip-out webbing straps allow you to attach tape rolls that can rapidly deploy while still attached to the bag. For easy access, shears can be inserted and secured into a removable pouch on the front of the bag. Reinforced side webbing offers dual radio and pager mounts. A stress-reducing waist belt system uses wide webbing, a large easy-to-use buckle, and a padded lumbar pad to reduce pressure on the side or lower back. The FIRST-IN PROX converts into a shoulder bag after concealing the waist straps into a rear compartment.
MERET OMNI PRO X
The OMNI PRO X is the ideal bag for the first responder who needs a trauma bag in the toughest situations. The OMNI PRO X can accommodate a full spectrum of life-saving equipment for BLS or ALS (Advanced Life Support) needs. The interior can be customized to carry trauma kits or other styles of medical kit, airway management tools, or a Bag Valve Mask (BVM).
The OMNI PRO X is more than an ALS total system for patients; it also protects emergency personnel. The OMNI PRO X can be augmented with an NIJ-certified Level IIIA M4L Ballistic Armored Protection Panel that can withstand multiple rounds, including from a .44 MAG. Discreetly constructed into the rear pocket of the backpack system, an ultrathin M4L (MERET 4 LIFE) armored ballistic panel is positioned to defend the vital chest region when approached from behind. The OMNI PRO X can also be worn across the front of the body or used as a shield for similar protection. This innovative new feature protects EMS workers to advance onto an unsecured or active shooter scene to quickly aid and evacuate victims.
The OMNI PRO X has a hideaway, mountaineering-style backpack harness for a snug and secure fit whether the wearer is walking, running, climbing, or ascending. The backpack system keeps the entire bag comfortably close to the body with fully padded lumbar support. The entire harness system hides away in a zippered pocket in the back of the bag. All sides of the bag that touch the ground are reinforced to ensure durability and water resistance.
If oxygen is required, simply install the M5001X conversion kit and you can incorporate up to a Jumbo “D” oxygen cylinder that stays accessible while the bag is completely closed. When O2 is not required, the oxygen access panel can be secured closed.
MERET RECOVER PRO X

Much like the OMNI PRO X, the RECOVER PRO X is the foundation for a system of interchangeable bags, enabling you to attach additional modules to the bag’s sides depending on the needs of your area. The main compartment of the RECOVER PRO X can hold an M9 (255 liters), D (425 liters), “Jumbo D” (623 liters) aluminum oxygen cylinder, or 425/623-liter composite oxygen cylinder, along with a BVM and other airway and intubation equipment. Internal dual full-length mesh pockets easily fit masks, tubing, and regulators. Dual outer zippered pockets offer additional storage for smaller items. Detachable buckled loops allow you to attach the RECOVER PRO X to the side of an ambulance cot for patient transport. A system of grommet holes allows all compartments to air dry while the bag is completely closed. The bag is designed for use as a backpack, shoulder bag, or can be grabbed from any position using a system of lightweight comfort-grip side handles.
